FAQ

Common questions.

Do you do brand refreshes or only full rebrands?

Both. Refreshes start at the Sprint tier; full rebuilds use the full Brand System engagement. We'll tell you which one the problem actually needs — even if it's smaller than what you came in asking for.

Can you do just a logo?

No. A logo without strategy under it will age badly and pay you back poorly. If a logo is all you need, a freelancer is a better fit — and we're happy to recommend one.

Will I work with you personally, or a junior team?

You'll work with the founder directly on strategy and creative direction. Specialist collaborators (copy, motion, photography) are brought in as needed, but never at the expense of continuity.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two structured rounds of refinement on identity, plus a final polish pass. We avoid "unlimited revisions" because they produce worse work, not better work.

Can this be bundled with a site build?
