Pricing questions.

Why ranges and not single prices?

The same tier shape can be a $24k engagement for an eight-page identity or a $42k engagement for an identity plus full collateral + motion system + investor materials. The range reflects real scope differences. You'll get a single fixed fee after the discovery call.

What does a typical payment schedule look like?

50% to lock the calendar, 25% at mid-phase approval, 25% at ship. Everything is on a written SOW.

Do you work with startups at the seed / pre-seed stage?

Sometimes, starting at the Identity Refresh or Brand Sprint tier. We're conservative about taking on pre-revenue companies for larger engagements — the best outcome for both sides is usually a smaller, focused first project.

Do you ever take equity?

Very occasionally, for mission-aligned companies where we want skin in the game. It's never a substitute for cash on the full engagement — it's a meaningful blend at most.

What's your capacity?

We run 3–5 active engagements at a time. Lead time for a new project is typically 3–6 weeks. For urgent starts, ask — we sometimes have a slot.

What if we need something you don't offer?

We'll tell you, and where relevant we'll refer you to a trusted studio that does. The fastest way to earn trust is to not take work we shouldn't.
