A 3-day Brand Foundations sprint for small operators. A 6-week Brand System for teams outgrowing DIY. Full Brand + Web + App launches for whole-company moments. Every range reflects real work we've delivered — scoped to the problem, priced without surprises.
Scope, timeline, and team size — the three variables that move every estimate. We quote fixed fees per phase, with a written change-order process if scope changes.
No hourly clocks. You know what you're paying before the phase begins.
50% to lock the calendar, 25% at mid-phase approval, 25% at ship.
Scope creeps? We stop and quote the delta. No silent overruns.
For the right mission-aligned projects, we'll consider blended terms.
Foundations for solo operators just getting started. Refreshes for quick wins. Sprints for clarity. Systems for rebuilding. Site builds for owning your highest-leverage hire. Flagships for whole-company launches.
A focused 3-day starter kit for solo operators, side-project founders, and small Mississippi businesses who need to look real without over-committing to a full brand build. The studio floor — the same craft, sized to the moment.
Solo operators, side hustles, food-service, personal brands, realtors, tradespeople, and small Mississippi businesses who need a polished starting kit without committing to a full brand build yet.
A tight, professional starting kit you can run on today. And if you grow into a bigger engagement within 12 months, we credit 100% of your Foundations investment toward an Identity Refresh, Brand Sprint, or Brand System.
A focused one-week refresh for small businesses who need the Kanonu look without the full strategy build. Designed for operators whose company is real and growing but whose brand still looks like year-one DIY work.
Local operators, clinics, realtors, small professional services, and early-stage founders who need a polished, consistent look — fast — without committing to a full brand build yet.
A tight, professional brand kit you can run on today. A natural entry point if you want to graduate into a Brand Sprint or Brand System later.
A focused positioning + identity intensive for founders who need clarity fast. Best used when you already know you're growing — you just need the story sharpened before the next big moment.
Founders pre-raise, pre-pivot, or pre-launch who need to land the story before a big meeting, investor deck, or website build. Also ideal as the input to a site or app engagement.
A decision-ready brief every writer, designer, and seller on your team can run on.
The full identity engagement. Strategy + verbal + visual + launch — a complete operating system for the brand, documented and ready to scale.
Teams whose current brand is holding them back — outdated, inconsistent, or mis-positioned for where the company is going. Especially valuable for companies 3–10 years old who've outgrown the DIY brand from year one.
A durable brand operating system. Hiring, pricing, messaging, and design all downstream of one coherent idea.
A marketing site or platform designed and built end-to-end. Modern static stack, headless CMS, analytics wired up, fully accessible, launched on infrastructure you own.
Teams whose existing site under-sells the work. Operators raising or hiring who need the site to hold up under scrutiny. Regional firms ready to look national.
A site your team can edit, your buyers can trust, and your future self can extend. You own everything.
Brand + Web + Launch campaign in one coordinated engagement. For founders launching or re-launching a whole company — the fastest path from "big moment" to "real system."
Whole-company launches, rebrands with a product angle, or companies graduating from "scrappy" to "serious" with a coordinated moment. This is the tier for a new chapter.
One system. One launch. One story — across brand and marketing. Built to compound from day one.
Every engagement ships with 30 days of post-launch iteration included. Beyond that, a Care Plan keeps the brand, the site, and the apps in motion — security patches, content updates, app store compatibility, and a founder-direct relationship that doesn't lapse the moment the project ends.
For clients with a website to maintain and no apps in flight. The "hands-off" plan — your site stays online, stays secure, stays current, and you have someone on call when it breaks.
Site Build clients whose work is shipped and who want the site quietly maintained without re-engaging the studio for every small thing. The natural step-down after the 30-day post-launch window included in Site Build.
A site that keeps working, without you thinking about it.
For clients with a website plus one or both native apps. Adds app store compatibility, bug fixes, and a meaningful improvement budget on top of Site Care.
Clients shipping native apps alongside a site — the SBMS-, EKK-, and Flagship-shape engagements where the app store presence is part of the brand and can't be left to drift between OS releases.
Web and mobile stay current, compatible, and quietly improving every month.
For clients running a full Brand + Web + App system who want continuous improvement, not just maintenance. Founder-direct, priority lane, with budget for real iteration every month.
Flagship Launch clients who want the studio to feel like a part of the team — coordinated brand, site, and app maintenance with a real improvement loop. The retainer that turns a one-time launch into an ongoing partnership.
A system that compounds. Every month the brand, the site, and the apps are a little better than the month before.
Every Care Plan runs on the same predictable structure so you always know what you're paying for and what's included.
Site Build engagements already include 30 days of post-launch iteration. Care Plan billing begins on day 31, not on the day you sign.
Care Plans are not month-to-month — they're a six-month commitment, billed at the monthly rate. This is the floor that lets us actually plan our calendar around your work.
Pay for the year up front and the twelfth month is on us. A small thank-you for the bigger commitment.
Unused hours in a month don't carry forward indefinitely, but unused capacity in a quarter can be banked toward a single larger change order. Use it or roll it up — your call.
Anything beyond the included hours triggers a written change order with a fixed fee. No silent overruns, no surprise invoices.
After the six-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We won't make it weird.
Match the problem to the tier. If you don't see your shape, write us — we scope custom engagements too.
Fair question, honest answer: our entry tier is $1,500 — right where local freelancers and small-shop packages sit. Our mid tiers ($3.5k – $32k) sit inside the range Godwin, Ramey, MWB, and Voppa charge for comparable work. Our Flagship ($55k+) is above most MS shops because it includes native iOS + Android apps most agencies don't offer. If a $500 Fiverr logo is what you need, we're not the fit. If you want the same craft that shipped the SBMS app, Uplift's gala platform, and 7th District's system — we're right where the work lives.
The same tier shape can be a $24k engagement for an eight-page identity or a $42k engagement for an identity plus full collateral + motion system + investor materials. The range reflects real scope differences. You'll get a single fixed fee after the discovery call.
50% to lock the calendar, 25% at mid-phase approval, 25% at ship. Everything is on a written SOW.
Sometimes, starting at the Identity Refresh or Brand Sprint tier. We're conservative about taking on pre-revenue companies for larger engagements — the best outcome for both sides is usually a smaller, focused first project.
Very occasionally, for mission-aligned companies where we want skin in the game. It's never a substitute for cash on the full engagement — it's a meaningful blend at most.
We run 3–5 active engagements at a time. Lead time for a new project is typically 3–6 weeks. For urgent starts, ask — we sometimes have a slot.
We'll tell you, and where relevant we'll refer you to a trusted studio that does. The fastest way to earn trust is to not take work we shouldn't.
